When selecting a tenant, we review each applicant’s complete profile to ensure a good fit for our properties. While we do not charge application fees, we carefully consider financial stability, credit history, background checks, and any prior evictions. If approved, the first month’s rent and any applicable security deposits are due at the time of lease signing.

Furry friends are welcomed, with a pet deposit due at the time of lease signing.

To apply for one of our properties, you'll need to create an account on Avail.co. If you already have an account, just log in and get started. Once you're approved, all the details you need like lease info, payment instructions, and more will be available right in your dashboard.

Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time. Late fees will be automatically applied according to your lease agreement.

Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.
